Objective

Design a native app for a Thai marketplace that would enable professional urban women to design their dream home by interacting with the app on a daily basis.

What we've done

We designed the native app for a growth stage South-East Asian digital marketplace. Using a gamified marketing campaign integrated with the a brand new user experience using zero ad-spend NocNoc achieved the following results.

Creative Process

1. . Research: We supported quantitative, qualitative, and ethnographic research to understand how a private sector collaboration journey was conducted across the multiple teams involved.

2. Training: We trained a cross-functional team of designers, product owners, and marketers in behavioural design techniques.

3. Digital Design: Through a design sprint, we trained the product team, and enabled them to create an onboarding experience that began with a gamified marketing campaign that onboarded users into a brand new and tailored app experience.

4. Deployment: With the engineering team, we designed and implemented the new product, measured performance through multiple split tests.
