Objective

Help professional urban Indians suffering from lifestyle disease exercise at least twice per week and eat properly at least 5 times per week with the support of a health coach, at least 70% of users will achieve their target health outcomes within 90 days.

Creative Process

1. Research: We conducted quantitative, qualitative, and ethnographic research to understand how a private sector collaboration journey was conducted across the multiple teams involved.

2. Training: We trained health coaches in growth mindset to enable them to support targeted customers

3. Design: We designed a new UI/UX including a onboarding feature that broke down complex genetic insight into simple, bite-sized chunks, including an AI chatbot using WhatsApp.

4. Deployment. The solution was built in collaboration with an engineering team and deployed as a PoC.

Results

PoC delivered to client with strong habit formation results and user acceptance.
