Objective
Accelerate the international expansion and customer acquisition of private commercial parking operators and municipalities in western markets
Creative Process
1. Research: We conducted quantitative, qualitative, and ethnographic research to understand how a private sector collaboration journey was conducted across the multiple teams involved.
2. Training: We trained a cross-functional team of stakeholders in behavioural design techniques.
3. Digital Design: Through customer/stakeholder co-creation exercises, we designed a new customer onboarding experience, and designed new customer acquisition campaigns including new creatives, and performance marketng techniques.
Results
3x increase in sales funnel and a 3 month reduction in conversion times.
